Roam by Bean was born from our own experience
As we planned six months of travel around the world, we found that much of what was offered felt transactional — focused on bookings rather than helping us shape the experiences we were truly looking for.
We realised what we valued most wasn’t just the logistics. It was having someone who could think alongside us, suggest ideas we hadn’t considered, and help turn good journeys into truly memorable experiences.
After returning, we began helping family and friends plan their own journeys, sharing what we had learned and helping them experience the things they had always dreamed about — often adding small touches that made their trips even more special.
Our own travels have taken us across multiple continents, cruise lines, accommodation styles and cultures, giving us first-hand insight into what makes travel work and what can elevate a journey from good to unforgettable.
